★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have so far waited for more than two months. Every time I call the customer care asks me to wait for 21 days and many such days have passed.
I am a serving officer in forces and will definitely ask my colleagues not to fly Air India in future. There is no contact to reach the refund team directly nor anyone is able to give an update either. The feedback option makes no sense. This is a pathetic way of functioning.
I will not give even one star for this company.
