★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and courteous service. Went to pick up my cargo and the entire process was seamlessly completed. Only bit of feedback would be to mention the handling charges while booking the cargo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst cargo service...reached the venue with valid id at 10:30 a.m..was asked to go to 2nd floor then to Import warehouse from ther to customs office again sent bk to pay documentation fee of 2000/- then asked to go to customs office..where agent filled in some form n higher authority asks whats in luggage..then come bk and pay storage fee of 1500/-...then the higher authority asks employees to rip of the packaging..n instead of sending luggage through scanner they stove ther hands n look for stuffs..disgusting..packing gone for toss..even though I had old clothes n books then wait for more than 3 hours for higher official to give the exit document...then the agent comes back claiming bcoz of him we werent charged any..n demands 1500 for his service n extras for employees carrying out luggage !! Cabs dont come to the cargo point..one should go outside n get a cab..after much negotiation paid agent 500/- ..overall 4000/- for cargo n arnd 3000/- for cab...n walked out at 4:40 p.m. ..spent entire day waiting for signature from higher officials who were away for lunch for more than 2.5hours ...!!

Air India Sats is a ground handling Party who works behalf of airline in customer service as well as cargo Handling.
If your searching a job in aviation in customer service and cargo , this place is recommended for learning and experience but do not expect the salary as you get in other IT companies..
They have cab facilities for all their employees .
If anyone want to knows about cargo and procedure they can ping me here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customs office people are a gem. They go any heights to help a person. Not sure why people say nasty things about them. The others in the cargo, courier office, wish they were the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I had worked n left job due to one reason Salary. Plz go through this:__ Need to improve the salary for employees only 12K in hand doesn't workout , we can't do savings. As many of the staff will b from outside n staying in PG. They have to pay 5K for the PG, then No food will b prepared b4, 7:00 a.m in every PG n ur shift cab comes at 6:30., so again eating outside monthly costs around 4K( u know airport food price n quantity ). Then remaining amount will b just 3K what is the Savings or this amount we have to send to home?. At least they have to think about it!! The company has to understand the Problems of employees too. Hope ur management understand the difficulty of staffs and 18K in hand for all will b helpful to all staff I guess..!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually two benefits in air sats one is cabs providing and second is food providing with low amount and the coming to matter. These is totally different work. The person who did the bba and bba avaition management it's a professional management..like regarding work it's they are using the person with heavy work 12 hours of work and giving less amount of salary. it is not worthable who did the bba aviation management and taking form us agreement for 3years to do work in air sats..is these fair? to work.. Think about it guys..please try to understand pressure of the employees.It's honorable request..please read this and improve this and resolve it. ?
