A package package from Rajasthan to Rajasthan ( dist. 140km) could be delivered in max 3 days but 7 days are gone but still havenβt received parcel. if you dont have services then please please dont take the parcel for delivery. Tell customer that sir we do not have reach in your area please sent it from other courier service provider.
Shame on you guys.

β β β β β Staff is totally un-professional and rude. Not picking up any of the numbers given on site. One lady picks up the phone which i got from other branch and says will deliver it tomorrow even if courier was already received 3 days before. When i asked to deliver it today only as it has medical supplies. She refused and ask me to pick up the parcel in this lockdown situation and put the phone down without even listening to me.
Don't you dare to use their services even if they are free of cost.
