After so many reminders still problem is not solved by Aircity.
They are not bothered about any complain.

WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR OR DO BUSINESS WITH.
Very haphazard method of doing work, no system of work followed. Roles of staff not defined. As a design engineer, I had to be on site work and also sent for service calls, no compensation of overtime is paid even in form of leaves. No systematic tracking of quotations or orders and work will be taken up instantly when the client will start following up for delivery.
Client and vendors will follow up to you (for delivery and pending payments) on company mobile given to staff because Mr. Girish Raval (Director) will not answer or pickup their calls on time.
Also very very bad experience working with the Director. Too much egoist person and will never think twice before giving any decision. Takes haphazard decisions and later same work needs to rework several times which is waste of time and energy of staff and clients.
Suggest job seekers and business people to never involve with Aircity HVAC Equipment Pvt Ltd. or the director Mr. Girish Raval for any kind of work.
