★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Irresponsible company. I have a Annual Maintenance Contract with them. Fixed an appointment with them for 26th Oct 2018 AM. Booking No.10361. Neither any one turned up nor was I informed about their technician not coming. Working out of India I visit Kolkata twice a year and after taking very costly AMC for my 4 No. Carrier AC units they dont send technician for servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Payment for salary due for more than two years , no response from anyone in management.They Fail to understand people's issues. Highly irresponsible. Also so cheap management, that they deduct EPF from salary and don't deposit the same in EPFO account for 11 months at a stretch.
