EDIT: After using their service for more than a year, they like any other business, standards came down. they are now not even communicating regarding custom boxes. i have sent atleast 5 e-mails and no response from them until today, my first communication was sent almost a month ago. i trusted them all this time and due to this i have to bear losses in this festive season as i ran out of packing boxes. never thought they would be so careless and don't bother to even give a simply reply.
