★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic unprofessional experience. Booked an airport pickup for my friends visiting Bangalore for the first time. The driver assigned left my friends waiting at the airport for 40 mins. Without any information a new driver was assigned causing tremendous confusion. When I requested the cab company to help out, they did nothing.
When the actual trip was completed, I refused to pay the driver and insisted to pay the cab company - the driver physically assaulted me.
I strongly suggest travellers to book an uber / ola from the airport. There's no point wasting time and energy with these unprofessional private cab companies
