★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service provide by OYO till date. My hotel was booked and confirmed. But when I reached here, the owner lady of the hotel in a very rude and arrogant way asks us that the rooms are not available and if we want the room we need to pay extra 1.5k. When we called the OYO cx service they guided us to a different hotel and there as well no rooms. I have been carrying my bags from one place to another with no information about the city.

The customer service did not even refund saying it’s out of policy. Later the cx service calls and says that the owner of this hotel has agreed to give us a room on the terrace, like seriously. 1 hour ago she denied the service and when escalated she is asking us to be there. Pathetic service. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BOOKING THIS OYO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is good, with the location just 500 meters away from the airport. I had a flight in the morning, and sometimes it gets so hard to find a taxi nearby. This is why I decided to book a hotel which is just by a walking distance from the airport. The hotel has all the basic amenities that one requires to stay, however it is not that classy and beautiful when compared to the price. If you are like me who has a layover for 5 hours or
more plus it is night, you should put this in your list. But, If you are here to explore the city, there are countless other options that are worth your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hotel service ever. I made online payment and when I go to hotel they were like they don't accept online payment and have to pay cash. The receptionist and I guess she is the owner as well does not know how to treat thier guest. She wasn't even speaking properly. I don't recommend this hotel for outsiders. Hated it!

No room service no welcoming attitude. Even though we don't get any hotel don't go for this. They are intentially cheating us. The woner one who taking Care was so arragent and addement.
