★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company dn't buy any product this company..I purchased your company AIRTEC LED.My LED TV is not turning on,first day. there is something to change in the parts.I call everyday in your customer care for four weeks.I tell them all the problems.But she is being fooled me everyday, she says it will be tomorrow and today.I thing big mistake by using your company's product.Your customer care is very worthless.Mr. Nathani, you should close a company that keeps fooling the customer.

Go for some good brands before purchase. Those who purchased are trapped, still unable to resolve their issues with the products. This is one of the No. 1 cheating company, presently available in India. This is why no Indian company can flourish like other foreign brands. Customer service and Loyalty is the key to success for any business. They are just money looters, nothing else. Worth Just 5 Negative stars in ratings. Think not twice - thrice or 4 times before purchase. BPL is a good Indian Brand rather !!
