★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Speed is poor, network is often down, they ask for a hefty deposit and say it's refundable. I have been chasing the refund for three months. Even to get the connection, I had to call the customer service 4 times, and had to wait for hours on hold. Would never recommend it to anyone.

Worst connection ever. Every couple of days there is a backend issue and they blame it to fibre cut. Please go for other ISPs instead of youbroadband. You will regret taking this ISP.
Worst possible customer service as well. The app is fine but the logistics and technical team is ridiculously pathetic.

Even the top most management is highly irresponsible and shy away from facing customers' grievances rather than taking an authoritative step towards grievance redressal. The worst network to bank on. No one will bother even answering your calls once they get to know that you're calling for filing a complaint.

Their internet speed is very slow. They never fulfill what they say. You can go for any other internet service provider. But do not buy internet connection from here.
After taking money they never pick your call on time. And their customer service executives are there to make people fool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider , please don't waste your money on this one , they will never provide you with an after sales service . The internet won't work after 15 days of connection. This happens with every customer , you can check the reviews.
Once the installation is done nobody will help you with any of issues and they will never return your security money , they customer care agent will tell you that your money will be given in 45 days but it's just a scam , they will neither provide you with a solution nor the money .
