★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience...after taking money for installation, haven't heard from officials. I was promised of installation within a day, it had been 6 days now (and counting). Officials don't pick the call/ have switched off the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked online broadband connection and while booking it shown that connection is available in my area but after booking no one came to install connection. Once I email for the same delay then I got response after one week that connection is not available in my area. So this is to irritating about Airtel website, while booking it show availability which is actually not available and Airtel keep on showing Open Network type of add. Airtel is also a normal/poor service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were very quick in collecting documents and taking the payment. Ever since I am calling them everyday for the connection and they ask me to come early and never turn up. Today they sent me a message that Airtel connection is not feasible in my area when everyone around me has airtel broadband. Secondly why did they take the money and why are they not returning it. Very bad name to the brand Airtel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Airtel offers worst service. Sales person doesn't give complete information. They take 3 months rental advance. Speed promised -100mbs Actual Received -20-40 Mbps. They will then say it's because ur mobile/ laptop does not support 5G. They won't give any such prior information. It's a scam.
