★ ★ ★ ★ ★ कस्टमर सर्विस बहुत ज्यादा खराब है। 4 दिन से टीवी बंद पड़ी है कस्टमर केयर पर कंप्लेंट करने पर जितेंद्र कुमार आया और उसे बताया गया कि छतरी का कनेक्टर खराब हो गया है उसको बदल दे।
उस बंदे मैं कनेक्टर नहीं केबल छीनकर उसे वैसे ही छतरी में फंसा दिया उसके 2 घंटे बाद टीवी फिर बंद हो गई आप उसको बार-बार बुला रहे हैं और वह नहीं आ रहा है l
क्या एयरटेल का कोई माई बाप है या यह भगवान भरोसे चल रहा है
Customer service is very bad. The TV has been shut for 4 days, Jitendra Kumar came in to complain about customer care and was told that the umbrella connector had been damaged, replace it.
I did not snatch the cable from that person and snatched it in the same umbrella and after 2 hours, the TV turned off again, you are calling it again and again and it is not coming.
Does Airtel have a parent or is God believing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just 15 days ago I have lodged a complaint for HD set up box. Till date complaint is not taken seriously by authority and no resolution by them , not responding properly by customer care service authority . Customer care service workers talked with rudly and not listen carefully . Everytime they had been taken our phone line to higher authority after a gap of 10 minutes, but higher authority not get aware about complaint and ask many questions. This is a worst services I have ever seen it.
The people sitting in higher post not competent to give satisfactory resolution on part of their duty.
So friends overall it is a very third class experience with such people.
At last I took a decision to remove or discoNnect this services .
