★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went their for service. Two guys were playing video games on their mobile phones.they saw us as unwanted guest and told us very rudely to take off shoes before entering the shop. Is it a temple that we need to remove shoes to enter the service centre ? I am very confused with this rules . If it is an Airtel service centre then Airtel should define the rules for these service centre. It’s very difficult for us to take off shoes and then wear again for a small service . We were denied service very rudely and we were told that if We want to complaint, then we may go ahead and do it . People will take off shoes to enter service center is a wrong expectation. The guys were very rude and it seems that they don’t care about providing service . Not sure how Airtel gives them franchisee .
