They are not properly trained and very greedy for money. They are not at all helpful people. Airtel should replace the staff here. I recommend to visit any other Airtel express Store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go there, i repeat don't go there. All the employees are totally unprofessional, & untrained. Even they don't know how to deal with a customer. There is a dwarf old lady, I've never seen such a jerk like her. I think she has some serious mental issue. Better to go other store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good service .. few days ago I have lost my airtel sim card. Went to the store for sim replace n they said If I'll go for postpaid then only they will replace my sim . Otherwise not.. so bad experience .. every time push for postpaid. Sunday they shut the store. I have lost my faith on airtel . Much better service I got from jio store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse experience I have ever got. Visited dated 17th January 22 approx 12pm. Tre wre 2girls in the counter ,No manners to talk , no professionalsm, no coustomer friendly at all. I went tre to restart my Airtel sim wich was suddenly out of network . Now I bound to throw it down . Airtel plz help people with educated representatives inspide of fancy talk!!
