★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I approached them for conversion from post paid to prepaid, they asked me to visit on particular date and when I visited them on that date, the staff are non responsive and are on their personal telephone conversation. They are not at all customers friendly.
Their services are very poor, lazy, lethargic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are avoiding service to the customers by making them wait for longer hours that too outside the office by stating Corona preventive measures. They are just allowing 1 person for the entire store and are lagging it.

How to change immediately prepaid to postpaid as a quick process.... They told come Ur bill when was generated that time u change postpaid to prepaid ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees make you to wait more time and responses to slow. And always I asked to call customer care Jyoti that I won’t have a proper knowledge at the store
And this is this is not Airtel owned store this is owned by some distributor. Because that’s what they have a very worst response they usually cover this words to me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing wrong with the staff. It’s the problem with Airtel policies. They needs to revise the process to make it easy for the customers. Not sure why we have to visit the office even for a small updates. Not sure why they are increasing the bandwidth and signal strength in main areas within the city limits.
