★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The attitude of customer service staff and treatment of customers is despicable. Rather than giving time and attention to customers the agents chat and laugh among themselves. They show their irritation on customer if asked for information and are very helpful. They make customer run around in a manner similar to government offices and misbehave with customers when their fault in handling are uncovered. I wish there were better providers than Airtel in the market. Hoping for success of Jio.
