β β β β β Staff here was polite and very helpful, they were honest in the interaction and did not make false promises. There was a point they didn't know what was happening in the backend but they communicated clearly that they do not know how to resolve it. They reached out to backend team and provided the solution.
Wish they do not push their costly plans to gullible people and guide them correctly, that was the only negative I observed.

They are taking 50 mins of lunch and since then I'm in a line and waiting for my turn.
People coming after me is getting chance to enter but not allowing me to enter.
Even security guard is not talking properly to customer's
Don't understand what services are you guys posting on social media.

β β β β β Worst service ever worthless staff not even 1star worth
Went shop to buy a New sim card on 8sep 2021 staffs are gossiping not even proper response waited above 1 hr at last they suggested for prepaid so I requested the same and informed please recharge but till date 14 sep 2021 recharge has not done so called them to know the status in call also not received a proper response then saying will recharge by EOD not listened full matter and disconnected the call
The sim card which I buyed it's a old sim of another person in which iam receiving lots of calls so to inform them I have called them but they are continuously disconnected the call again tried after sometime the number has been switched off this types of services are provided to customer worthless staff and store will not suggest any one this kind of shop

β β β β β Manager Hafeez Ahmed n the store staff is arrogant. Wasted lot of time, and don't have a complaint book.
Nor they have any documents about the process. There is no tokens no. issued. Customers are made to wait 4 more than a hr.
Existing Customers having issues are asked to stand outside the store. But not a new customer or one who wants to upgrade their plans.
