I do not see any option to comment on your reply hence Im adding it here.
Two years back I visited your store to get a sim replacement. The number was of my dad and i gave proper documentation for transfer of ownership. The documents I submitted werw Death certificate, aadhar card, my aadhar card and NOC. Now some days back i visited your store for sim replacement and found out that the ownership transfer never happenned. Your store executive lady took my documents again and told me she will process it again and will let me know after a week.
I never got call from her side and myself visited store to check and she told me that as I dont have nunber active I have to do a rechare to activate the services first and then she will re process for ownership transfer. Which would again take 7 days. After that I also have to do a so called FRC.
First of all i gave documents for this process more than two years back. Why didnt your people did that at that time? Now you guys at are fault and i again have to be without my num and waste my money again.
I have written a email to your top level executives as your people were of no help.
