★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited the store for e-sim.. instead they preached me to port my sim. When I insisted for e-sim.. they say, it will need 15days to activate! Had purchased mifi from the same shop and it got some issues.. at that time also.. these people weren’t of any help!! I believe the Airtel is good company but the staff at this particular store is hopeless and pathetic!!

Not a single person who came there were happy with the service. Non of my Complaint gets solved in one go. I dont understand what work ethics they have. Useless staff. ???????????
