★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional, Lier and Force selling staff. I went to Airtel store on 21. 07.2020 around 05 pm as I wanted to port my Jio number to Airtel and needed a pre paid SIM card. When I showed my port number and asked for Prepaid SIM I got reply '' Yha par Kewal post paid number ka SIM Milta hai '' I was shocked with his answer because every common man know there is no such Pre paid or post paid SIM it is your choice to convert it for the same. When I argued him for the same he said '' Abhi Jao do tin din me Aayga Wo SIM, Abhi khatm hai ''.
In today's competitive environment even a '' Sarkari employee '' will not fool you in such a way ''.
Such employees are not just worst for a company but also create problem for needy customers.
When I wrote mail to Airtel for incidence I faced believe me they didn't turn up.
So I decided to stick with my present network as I can imagine what kind of subscription Airtel is offering to its present customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically customer support is "ok" not good nor great you can say. It seems they don't lack customers (but i haven't seen that much crowd).
Some of them seems little polite but other are not careful with language.
