★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Airtel network down rate is minimal compared to others. 4G Data transfer rate is good on cities. Voice transfer clarity is also awesome, we wont feel any kind of delays on IST calls. Customer service side is quite pathetic, Timely response from their side was not maintained till now. Internet speed alters on rural areas and for some regions rainge also a big deal. At present also we suffer call disconnection during train journey. Even their mobile application shows 4g locations but reality doesn't. Their advertisement will have good creativity and a positive vibe. We have a wide range of options for caller tune and that can be personalised also. Roming services were also upto the mark. Online applications were user friendly and that makes the recharge and complaint reporting easier. For indians we dont have much options in tele services but airtel is one of the top 5 service provider and its service is upto the mark. "

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Airtel, best user experience as it says. My number was of Karnataka and the internet speed was not good. Most of the time the internet speed keeps connecting to 2G. I went to ask for change it to prepaid.
They did MNP from Karnataka to Rajasthan.
The store service was great, overall I loved the experience.
