★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not cooperating properly. I Went for postpaid to prepaid, but they doesn't co-operate properly.My postpaid sim was off, but not complete as prepaid, it stuck in between post and pre. I went on Sat, they took whole day but work was not done. Then after they said please wait till Monday 3-4 pm it will done. Then after when I call them on Monday around 12:30 pm.. they said they will update in 10 min...but no response.. then after I called them on 2:48 pm , they said you have to wait till 3:00 pm . But no response. Again...I called then 5 times between 4:55 pm to 6:28 pm, but they even not received my call 4 time, but when I continuosly call then they received my 5th call and told me, come tomorrow at 11:00 pm...
