β β β β β Very disappointed. When it came to making a new customer, I had home service. Now it's been 15 days of network issue and there is no one to help me. Now no home service - I am asked to go to the Park Street outlet with my devices and have them checked. The phone of the outlet is also switched off......
I am planning to port out. Looking for a better service provider.

β β β β β About the Park Street location: Sea of humans jostling among one another. The entire area is accessible to young and the able bodied only. Anyone with any challenge will find the place cruel...no ramps only stairs and uneven pavements, public convenience could not be located, pavements taken up by sundry businesses. Kolkata loves the outdoor. It will be great accomplishment for the city planners if they could develop a few modern shopping arcades across the city so the crowd have choices in the future. The experience at the Airtel store @31 Chowringee was good though. The store is clean, the staff helpful and we were assisted till the work was completed.

β β β β β I had a first had experience of how disconnected the airtel stores are across the country. This particular airtel store started with a negative statement βeta to hobey naβ (this is not possible) for the request that I had. I took the same request to another airtel store in Pune (Pimple Saudagar) and they were able to solve with a positive approach. I would suggest the staff at this store to explore all possible options before giving a negative response to the customer (especially if airtel already has a process set to resolve the issue).
