★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visit store for upgradation of sim which is free of cost but store person charged for this whitout any reciept which is fraud and crime.
Also my sim was not upgrade and store person said this was technical fault or we are not able to upgarde your sim and deny to return money.
This store doing fraud with customers and charged for every free service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is for all those people who are saying that this office charges for the services which are free from the company side, may I know particularly what are those? I don't know why people don't understand that things are bought and sold, they don't fall off from the sky for free. This store provides legit services. The people who are not giving proper feedback is because they were irritated by the technical issues, nothing was intentionally done by the staff. These people don't even know what the procedure is. Kindly keep your mouth shut as this is a technological era, and flaws exit everywhere. Nobody can be perfect. Atleast appreciate their hard work and suppprt.

I went to port my mother's prepaid SIM card into Airtel. After asking me to wait outside of the store for 15 minutes they called me in.
After I get the SIM they asked me to come back to store once SIM is active because "they will do the 1st recharge" I asked can I do it online, they gave me a story that your SIM will be deactivated and all. Also mentioned that the recharge has to be done of 297RS there was no prepaid pack of 297RS. Also they did a recharge for another customer and charged 297RS upon asking that guy can he show me the recharge message, I found she did a recharge of 219RS. Further upon asking I found she has already charged him 50RS for SIM port fee (which even I gave) and then another 78RS extra for recharge.
They plotted the same trap for me as well.
Did I go back to them for recharge after sim activation?
No, I did not go to them. I did recharge of my choice online and SIM is working perfectly fine.
No receipt for any of the amount you pay.
On checking further I found as per TRAI SIM port fee is 5.74RS effective from Sep 30, 2019.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not satisfied with service from this outlet. They have screwed up my entire KYC. Tall promises to rope in customers but 10% delivery of services. Soon I shall have to discontinue from Airtel.
Airtel is an excellent company and I have been with Airtel for more than 20 years but now, the services I am getting is disheartening.
