After week, I again visited them then they worked and resolved my issue.. hence 3 star.. no other problem.. store is approachable and there are food outlets as well if you are feeling hungry or foodie..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to change my Airtel sim as the older one was no longer working. The staff working there was very polite and professional, they replaced my sim free of cost and resolved my issue quickly, although I did went there at day time when there were only couple of other people. Better to go there when the rush is low. My experience was good with this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, the experience wasn't that cool for me. It was not something that would motivate me to come again. The staff pays No attention to customer's arrival. Usually, the store people approach any customer as soon as he enters. But here, one lady who was on a video call, kept eyes on the phone and finally went out as if I wasn't there ??? and another staff member was attending someone else. I had to ask for someone to attend me. It felt kinda vague to me. So, I'd say the staff needs to be more attentive. Rest, they deserve a thumbs up for expenditure over following the covid protocols. ??✌?
