★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the customer care executives ( do not know her name, her place is on right side after we enter the premises) has explained very clearly and addressed all my queries.
5 stars for this executive.
But coming to airtel as a company, I dont understand why they keep many constraints while changing from Postpaid to Prepaid, family plan to individual plans.
Pathetic policies!

All Airtel related services can be done here..like recharges, payment Bank, dth, MNP are done.
