★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best isp provider in purnea but some time in one/two day on month the wifi has no signal for 5 to 10 min : but the speed is best .
I have 75 Mbps plan and I get upto 72 Mbps speed.
Very impressive ??
But plzz solve no signal problem :):):):)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best WiFi service you can get in Purnia, Bihar.
Using it from last couple of months, and I can say that till now I have used a quiet lot of fibre connection but the quality of connection I got from this provider is top notch.
The latency and fluidity is superb as compared to Jio and airtel fibre, and BSNL fibre don't even come near it.
It hardly goes down and if any problems occurs there is a full day/night assistance from there side.
Keep it up ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked for a new connection two weeks back. Till date, they have only one answer, it will be done today. God only knows when this "Today" will be.
Finally it was installed after three weeks of booking.
Internet speed is good but there is intermittent "No Signal" issue.

Please upload a video on how to recharge through your website(by mentioning amount on that form), so that we don't have to chase you people for recharge & invoice ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. They will make you to beg even for get a new connection. Absolutely absurd behaviour from employees. They will hang up on you even if call for any complaints. Internet service is also very bad, never upto the mark in terms of speed. If the connection gets disconnected beg them and pray to god to get it fixed. DO NOT GET IT IF YOU WANT TO A HAVE AN INTERNET CONNECTION FOR WFH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never seen such a bad service of a broadband provider. charging so high and so high internet rent and not providing adequate speed and regular internet just shows how long lasting this company is. Even Airtech didn't do such pathetic job. Only thing we get in reply is " Bahiya hum kya kare isme ?" .. arey bhiaya sudhar karo aur kya karoge paise is sawal ke thore hi dete hai.
