★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall experience is good. They replace windshield with another original windshield. They don't take much time to do it. It requires only 1-2 hours in replacing. Material used by them is good So, any one wanting to go you can go freely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Advise everyone going there to ensure that the glass being fitted is free from any defect otherwise they will disown any responsibility later on flimy grounds. I had to bear with the defective glass as the defect was not apparent due to poor illumination at the time of fitting.

They will take your insurance papers and register a claim by saying that your Windshield will be replaced by today itself as soon as the claim gets approved by the insurance company. Once they take your papers and register the claim, then you will keep calling them and they will give you different excuses like "sir, we don't have your glass in the stock and we have already ordered it." Now you'll keep calling them and they will keep giving excuses like they will get the glass by evening and blah blah.
I visited this store (Janakpuri) to get the front Windshield of my Hyundai Creta replaced. I asked them when I can expect to get my glass replaced they said by evening it will be done. So, I gave them my insurance paper and left. When I call them in the evening they said they don't have the glass for my vehicle and they will order it. It took them around 6 days to get the glass for my vehicle where as while my first visit they assured me that the glass will be replaced within 4-5 hours. And trust me I'm not alone I met with 4-5 other people at the store who complain about the same thing. So if you don't want to waste your time and energy, then do not visit this store to get your Windshield replaced.
A piece of advise: Do not hand them over your insurance papers before you see the replacement windshield/glass by yourself. If you do, then you'll regret for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Saturday an executive Puneet from there office called and advised me to come to there workshop for the glass replacement even when my policy allowed me for free doorstep service. Puneet advised to reach at 10 AM and assured that the work will be done with 1 hour 30 min but its been 12:12 PM now and they just sent the email to insurance company for the survey... They are extremely slow and they just give excuses, no work priority and not stick to the words. Not at all happy they jist waste time alot. I see more 3 person seating next to me who are irritated now. Worst experience ever...
