★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The glass above boot of my car was shattered & I went to this shop for getting it replaced.
Mr A......, informed me that if I get it on cash, the charges would be ₹3600/-. I exactly remember the figure.
As I was having insurance policy from one of the govt insurer, he said that I should go to authorised service centre if I wish to claim under insurance. After exploring the possibility of claim under insurance, I decided to get it done by bearing the loss & footing the bill by myself.
Next day, when I visited the shop & asked them to replace, Mr A..... queried if he has given any figure. I kept mum. Then after peeping into computer for a while, he said that the job will cost me ₹4700/-.
On my objection, he simply said that he can not do the job below this as it is company rate.
I left the shop & got it replaced at authorised service centre where the bill was only ₹ 3400/-. Extra courtesy work executed by them was washing & vacuum cleaning the car.
So if you you want to cough up extra 33% to actual, you are highly recommended to visit this shop.

They OVER-COMMIT before opening job card,
after job card they UNDER PERFORM & change their commitments.
They will cheat you after you give the vehicle for repair - be wary of their oral commitments to sanitize the car or change wiper blade.
Dealt with staff members Prakash & Zonal manager Amit.
They are understaffed & under-stocked with material. They do not even carry adequate material to paste rear-view mirror properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The outlet doesn't have even a common windshield like Wagon R. They don't work after 8 PM. The insurance cases have to be placed oy between 10AM and 4 PM.
Too many constraints. Plus the timeline given is 3-4 days for a common car like Wagon R.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, mail or whatsapp them documents in advance so that they can start processing. Once insurance approval comes they change the glass in 30 minutes. Quick service and helpful staff. They should be more rigorous in following up with govt insurance like National Insurance who very very slow in responding.

They replaced front windshield in less than 90 minutes.
Service center was asking 2-3 days for same. Insurance approval was also hassle-free.
Call these people and schedule insurance inspection in advance. It will save a lot of time.
