Bring them on-board and you can go on vacation. Do not apply your brain too much when they recommend something because they know better than you.
Their objective is to not make your premises look good but to good best! They live by their word and give 100%. They are professional unlike 99% of the people in this field. They have a steady team and strive to maintain their spotless record on delivery.
