★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store today for my gowns alterations.I bought 2 gowns which were not altered due to festive season rush.They asked to cm later and told me to pay for alteration .I agreed ...Today when I visited they keep on increasing the alteration prices....for simple alterations and their attitude was pathetic.They were not ready to listen how to do the alterations,not cooperative at all n rude with us.I was regular customer of Aishwarya....My sister's entire wedding collection was bought from Aishwarya.But after today....I never want to step in that store again.....Money matters but behaviour matters the most.

We Had been buying clothes from the day it opened in Ahmedabad Gujarat approximately 10 + years. But from last 3-4 visits the staff started behaving rudely as if it is our requirement to buy from them....
I complained the manager , he replied .."if the salesman isn't understanding why don't you understand" .... what an answer . . .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ needed repeat visits for proper fitting, did not complete fitting according to original measurements or follow any requests made to add on/remove things for dresses. Wasted too much time going back and forth. One dress was given with a disfunctional zipper

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store suck big time , as NRI , you should avoid this as any cost even for local there are way better shops are available in city .
I gave advance to hold items , my wife didn’t like it one item , they force her to buy something else even thought those cloth never left their store.
When my wife went there they treated them very badly and were ignoring her.
I don’t care 20-30k but they lost big time .. I will make sure none of my NRI friend buy anything from there and will go above and beyond to make them pay for their rude behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t buy anything from this store. I purchased an outfit from here worth 25k for my engagement. I wore it once and wrapped it in the package that it arrived in, 1 year later when opened, colour of the chaniya has totally faded and it doesn’t match the choli at all. When I called them up and asked why such this has happened. They said that we don’t give any such guarantee for any embroidery, colour or fabric. Then what’s the point in spending such huge amount at a big store? When you can get the copies of the same piece at such an inexpensive rate. I think that would have lasted longer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great collection of traditional dresses like lehengas, sprees, Kurt's, dress material etc spread over 2 sprawling floors. Very nice collection, helpful and patient staff addressing all queries. Shopping experience is relaxed and great due to huge space, large number of staff and well laid out shop. They have online shopping facility too that caters to deliveries all over the world.
