★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor staff and uneducated employees. They even don't know how to talk with customers. Making fake promise to every customer. Keeping hidden points on paper. Arguing with customers and making them forcely to be quite. Unexpected. Do not buy this property. Fraud with customers commiting to give rent till completion. They don't give rent till completion. So be careful and take action against builder. Hopeless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The very Basic thing that Aishwaryam hamara has not provided is that no range for phones at all for inner Flats.Walls getting wet. I was very much exited as it was my first property but Aishwaryam Hamara has all put it all into vein.
