★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall customer satisfaction is not good. They never bother about the customer need. They are telling false statements while doing agreement with owners. They target more owners ratherthan tenants. During these two months I had bad experience so I canceled the agreement. They will make us to cancel the agreement and find money in that.

The society is good, gated, with security, CCTV, ample parking for residents and visitors.
They have clubhouse for indoor and outdoor games and functional swimming pool too.
Good space for morning and evening walks with cool breeze.

The management too is a responsible one with years of experience.The amenities and facilities like clubhouse and all provided are well suited for the modern needs of dwelling
Overall a good option for punekars
