Aishwaryeshwar temple? is one of the oldest temples in sinnar. There is no information written by archeology department here. But as per the structure and carvings, it might be built in the 12th century. Due to non maintenance, condition of the temple is very bad yet beautiful.

There are six pillars of the main sabha mandap of the temple. They are delicately design with God figures The Garbhagruha of the temple has very delicately carved architure design. There is a small river/stream passing beside the temple.
