This is located in middle of Chandigarh and Mohali, peaceful area. There's no unwanted traffic and disturbance. Surrounded by 3 very nice and big public parks. There are 2 well maintained parks in the society.

It is stand-alone in providing one Lift for six apartments, Security, common services, Power back-up @ very nominal maintenance charges and celebration of all social/ community festivals.
There's no Parking chaos because of Stilts + 3 floors.
Worth living in the society peacefully, surrounded by parks and devoid of unwanted traffic though located just in the middle of Mohali and Chandigarh.
