★ ★ ★ ★ ★ superb fast service ,very warm thanks to ajanta team .give me spects within 2 hours .i hv a high power of my spects nd my spects gets lost i hv no spects but my vision comes thru ajanta opticals after 2 hours .i hv ordered spects at 8.pm nd they game at sharp 10.00pm. very greatfull 2 ajanta team work go ahead with big sucess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic.... is the only word for them...charged too much for normal frame....originally opted for AO glasses and they fixed them without taking markings and therefore centric issue errupted on using them. Also one glass have scratches and they offered to replace next glass for free. I opted for option soon as I have ask them to correct the same....this time they without asking changed to glasses of different brand and charged for one glass as one they have to replace. Again centric issue and they instead for correcting that started making excuses. Then they agree to replace glasses for free but this time again without asking or taking markings used new glasses ( claim to be Corning). This time glasses were better but they broke into pieces the moment they fell on floor.... This happened first time in my 17 years of experience with glasses.
I went to them to check what glasses they used but they said that they need to check with old Gurgaon shop. I clearly instructed not to replace glasses as I was sure for not going with these cheaters.
This time again without asking me they replace the glasses as if if I will not question the same. When I said I don't want glasses ( which again where defective this time as well) he said to collect frame next day.
When they gave back my frame it was full of scratches.....nonsense. This is level of customer relationship these people have. Clear avoid if you ask me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic services, greedy peoples, selling poor quality product with high prices. They trap you with sweet words. Charged me Rs. 1100 for specs which must not be more than Rs. 250-. After only 4 days specs got break and he denied to replace it. Not recommend at all :(
