Hr call me on 24 oct 2019 and they asking salary negotiable and my Expected CTC 5.5 LPA but they not comfortable this package and we (Hr and me) manage to 4.6 LPA final offer done this amount.Hr say i will send offer letter evening but he again call and saying i decrease your offer on 4 LPA. Whats wrong this very unprofessional if any one want clarification please check your Hr and me telephonic conversion. Ajanta Pharma is reputed company but what wrong.If any one want clarification please drop your contact details i will reply you.
