★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very TERRIBLE TOUR?..!!! Never prefer their customized package of Jammu Kashmir...it's just much waste of our money.
We paid for 9 days,in which on first nd last day there is nothing and they wasted our 2 days in pahalam,so for only 5 days of tour!
It's really much costly in comparison of the facilities...they don't give much more specialization According to the AMMOUNT they take from us,they just give us a car in which even the drivers take commission at every tourist spots.
Even hotels are different as mentioned from the main broucher of the website...also the food there in some hotel was not satisfactory....
In pahalgam,we had 2 days bt we didn't saw a single thing,driver left us there nd made illogical reasons for sightseeing.
Customized price we have paid for what!....we had to do everything as per driver says us,we were literally very exhausted, coz after we went there we can't do anything..even this company doesn't know about what is going on there.
Driver force us to take guide in gulmarg,which was not needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are used to travel with proper planning and time management then never choose ajay modi travels. Here I am writing detail review of my "APRIL 2022 HIMACHAL PRADESH ROYAL TOUR" with Ajay Modi travels.
Good Thing (for which I have given two star):
-Food is good. You will be served with Gujarati food in Gujarati test.
Worst thing:
-Tour manager is totally unprofessional person. As mentioned on their site we should not expect that he will come with us while sightseen but in addition he will not even tell about any sight seen, places to watch or activities to do. No introduction or No farewell as a tour group manager from his side. At some points I felt like he is Miss guiding in matter of shopping. You should not expect humble talking and properly answering from him. His attitude is like he is blessing us by becoming our tour manager.
He asked passengers to get ready at 5 a.m. next day morning and actually he comes at 5.30 a.m.
You have to tell him to cover luggage on bus if weather is rainy.
-During long journey days no lunch is provided from tour operator side. Even bus is stopped at such hotels and restaurants where you need to think before buying water bottle. Then how may you complete lunch at such "dhabas"
-When lunch is included in your meal then forget to travel on that day till noon. You need to waste your half day at hotel to complete your lunch.
-Hotel booking are not done in well advance. So at some places group is divided to stay in different hotels. In dailhousie hotel provided was different than mentioned in itinerary. That hotel has rooms without any ventilation. You cannot judge time even at noon inside the room. Room was so much congested that you cannot open your luggage anywhere in room except on bed. We have to waste our next half day in quarrelling with tour manager to change our such rubbish room. As per his answer he has booked this hotel by seeing only photos online. What is meaning of planning trip with Ajay Modi if he books hotel by only seeing online hotel photos?
-As per tour itinerary pamphlet given by Ajay Modi office staff it is clearly mention that 2*2 bus will be provided. In real it was 2*1 bus. So 2 couples needs to seat individual throughout the journey.
-No couple was reminded unsatisfied till finishing the trip.
"No regret form tour operator side for any of these inconvenience faced by travelers."

We hed stayed in Shimla 3 night and Manali 3 night in four star hotel.The food and the staff and specially the Manager ( Naineshbhai) was very friendly. They guide us properly.They provide good and Verity of food with fully hygienic like home and also taking care of COVID guidelines. Our tour manager's (naineshbhai) services and management was also good and excellent. They help us in every local site seen and shopping rates.. overall our experience of ajay modi travels was very good.

Manager name: Nainesh Darji
Places: All the best places of Himachal were covered in the tour. We have been there for Snow sports activities & that was really awesome.
Hotels: Stay in the hotels were also good.
Food: we have enjoyed each time breakfast, lunch and dinner. We got all the category of food like Gujrati, Punjabi, South Indian, Rajasthani & Italian.
Additional points: We got surprise DJ party, live music, candle light dinner, camp fire, etc.
Budget: If I had customised my tour by self, then maybe I couldn't get this much of fun & could have more expanses.
Also, we got some Ajay Modi discount on several local activities & shops.
Manager: He was very helpful & supportive. He has given very useful suggestions.
Major plus point: We have made new lifetime friends due to Ajay Modi tour.

Our Manager Mr. Vijaybhai and Mr. Harshbhai are fully supportive to us and their management, tour planning is well and good as per the timings.
