Read good reviews and thought to shortlist for my regular suit stitching even though they are on expensive side. On first shot I took an extra piece of cloth along side my 3 piece suit and asked to stich only if the first trouser is proper. Found both the trousers were done & spoiled (pocket type, no of pocket, fitting, belt loop etc. Problem was also with waistcoat, and jacket. On trail day (no trial) he handed the garments. The second experience was also bad. Last week I had given a trouser before travelling outside & at destination found the waist was 1+ inch less. I became helpless. Every time a different issue (casual approach). Instead of an apology, Shadab rudely said “alright” to my telling not to visit again. Left the trouser and walked away. Found a 5 star review from Shadab. Positive reviews are dubious. One comes to know the change in tone when there are problems. Arrogant without class. [PS: HAVE PICs & CAN POST TOO] [EDIT] 04-MAR-2022 post the response - First, not admitting the mistake is a blunder. Trying to justify with "First day warning" [wonder what?] etc will harm you more. Mentioned the verbatim.Its for anyone to interpret misbehaved or not. - It was not done in a day. More than 4 days. You didn't call back (promising 5min) when wanted to know the status. - "Tailor or Broker" is an invective used when a tailor declines to take the measurement even after the first wrong fit. It was not even the old measurement. It is the least that someone will say, after repeated bad experience. [My logic: since you wanted to know why]. - Don't worry on "AFTER FEW DAYS" thing. I am not going to visit again. Not even to pick that trouser. - The more you justify and quote your customers as lier, the more you damage your business. Let people read your responses and judge your credibility. I have nothing to lose except for few bucks.

Amazing service given by aizaz tailor . There is no complaint of any service neither tailoring nor fabric . I always got excellent quality fabric from Aizaz tailor. So that’s why I am giving the 5 stars to my all time fevorite store .
