We did Pandharpur, Tuljapur package tour with Aginkya tour. It was excellent tour, good food, knowledgeable tour manager. Thank you Aginkya tour.

We visited Gangapur, Akkalkot, Tuljapur, Kolhapur , Audumbar, Pandharpur. The service was good. Hotels were average. Not very luxurious. But it was value for money. They had their own cooks along with them. Food was good. Overall experience was good.

It was a bad experience. We went with them to Nainitaal, Musoorie, Jim Corbet, Hrishikesh and Haridwar (as a last destination) They don't care for the customers. Though i must say the hotels were good and the food was excellent, travelling was PATHETIC. We were made to travel in a bus in which the windows were not openable and the AC was not working. The temperature was 42 and we were sweating. We called the owner and complained several times but in vain. He made us roast in the bus for 12 hours. On the last day, our train was at 1 am at Haridwar. It was agreed all along that they will accomodate us in an AC hotel till 10pm. Suddenly in the morning they announced that we had to leave the hotel at 12 pm and go for sight seeing (in the afternoon when the temperature was 42 degree, to suit their needs) and rest of the day manage ON THE ROAD TILL 1 am. When we objected, they asked us to manage on our own. They refused that they had committed to accomodate us till 10pm. It was inhuman. They just look at their profits and are not reliable at all. BAD EXPERIENCE. BAD MANAGEMENT. Don't travel with them.

Bad experience. This was 2nd time we went for Ashtavinayak Darshan with Ajinkya (based on our previous better experience). First the Pros: 1> I have given 1 more star for the good management and planning done by Mr Ganesh, the tour manager. My special thanks goes to him for ensuring punctuality, taking the right decisions and getting us back to Mumbai in record time. 2> They don't take their own cook and cooking ingredients (as they used to do earlier). Which is good because taking Cylinder with you on bus is risky. Instead food is arranged at certain local hotels. 3> The Hotel Stay was better than previous one we had. Cons: 1> Being winter season, wanted to travel in non-AC bus. Initiated booking more than month in advance. But last minute they informed non-AC not possible. Reluctantly had to agree for AC bus because rest of the travels already booked. 2> I asked for seat in middle of bus and was assured a middle seat. But on day of travel found out that seat was near the bus rear - right above the rear tyre. Journey with continuous jerks - gave me a back ache. 3> On day of travel, they asked to reach pickup location at 5am. We reached on time but Bus was late by 1 hr. We got up at early hour only to have to wait 1 hr at pickup point. 4> Because they were late on Day 1, we had to skip Ranjangaon trip. They asked us to get up by 3:00 am and start off by 4:00 am on Day 2. Even then, we had to skip Jejuri tour altogether. They should have started off on time on Day 1 itself. 5> Driving was a rash. During first hour of the tour itself, there was massive jerk that lifted us 4-6 inches into the air. We people at the back of the bus had to keep reminding the driver to be more gentle. 6> We wanted a non-AC bus because of cold problem. And the AC vent was right above my head. Plus, they kept the AC off quite a lot during afternoons when it was AC was needed most. Whats the point of forcing people to go via AC bus if you are going to switch it off during afternoon heat? 7> Some of the meals were excellent. But some were not at all good. Such bad experience unexpected from a renowned tours agency - especially after we already had good experience with them on same tour an year back.

DON'T GO ON A TOUR WITH THEM. They provide PATHETIC service. We don't usually criticize organizations and agencies but this time it was just too much. I have given one star just because there wasn't an option for a lower rating. We had taken a package that included Nainital, Mussoorie, Jim corbet, Rishikesh and Haridwar with them. Shared below is our experience: 1. We were a group of 14 people. On the very first day when we reached Nainital, we had some sight seeing scheduled. But their bus stopped working, so they cancelled it. They sent the bus for repair and on the 2nd day too the bus was disfunctional, because of which we got about one and half hour late. Because of missing out on all this time, we had to rush the next two days so that we covered all the spots. As a result, we came back all exhausted. 2.The bus had a non functioning AC and the windows couldn't be opened. We had complained about the AC everyday for 3 days but each time they told us they will get it sorted, but failed. So we were literally getting roasted in the summer heat on our journey from Jim corbet to Mussoorie. The agency owner was expecting us to travel in a bus with no ventilation and scorching heat at 43 degrees celcious for 8 hours. We fought and made them replace the bus, however we lost a lot of time only because the AC issue was taken lightly earlier. It took us 13 hours instead of 8. We were all tired as crazy at the end. It didn't feel like a vacation but just us being dragged over all the way. However, what made me write this review is what happend next. 3. We had to board our train from Haridwar station at 1 am. We had informed the agency owner about this on the very first day when he and his wife gave us the details. We had repeatedly informed them this. They had promised us they would arrange accomodation till 10pm. However, what followed later completely baffled us. We were told we were supposed to check out at 12pm. So they were expecting us to roam around in the heat from 12 pm to 1 am. Most of the people among us were in the age group of 45 to 60 years, with diabetes and blood pressure issues. They scheduled our sightseeing such that it suited their needs. Had we left the hotel in the morning for sightseeing, it would'v been much comfortable for us. However, they wanted us to check out at 12pm roam around in the sun (42 degrees) till 8pm, draining us of all our energy and then figure out for ourselves where and how we should spend the rest 5 hours. Moreover, they had booked a 8pm train ticket for their tour manager from Haridwar. When we questioned them about this, they completely denied any such conversation and asked us to book our own rooms.This agency only consider its profits and not the customer's convenience at all. They just leave you half way in the tour. SO DON'T CONSIDER TRAVELLING THROUGH THEM.
