★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharing a bad experience. I purchased one USHA ceiling fan and USHA fan remote control 'AeroSwitch' from Ajit Electricals, the remote is not working at all after careful installation. After calling shop, they totally denied providing any solution or service. They said we only sell, service is not our responsibility. Strange. Let me see if USHA as a company takes care of its customers if agency is not doing it.
Reducing my rating to one star. I hope shop or manufacturer will take some action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is the shop closed due to lockdown ? I have purchased fans last month from ajit electrical karve road and one of the fans is not working . I have been calling them and nobody is responding. Fans are under warranty and I want them to be replaced.
