★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired Mr. Manjeet's team for my wedding decor which included 4 functions ( 2 day and 2 night) this November for my wedding in Jaipur, and wedding is the most important part of your life and if one trust's your job and hires you then you should atleast take the complete responsibility of the deliverables you have promised during the wedding.
Mr. Manjeet came across as an experienced vendor and during the meetings, he expressed the work is very simple and we can easily pull it off, I was looking for a classic simple wedding and my brief to him was also the same with all the floor plans, what needs to be designed submitted from my end.
1.But the wedding all appeared as a joke. My mehendi function started late because his people were terribly late and infact they were still putting up tents and tables when my mehendi had started. *Have attached picture reference.
2. The poor communication from there end to there team lead to terrible arrangements at my wedding and ganpati puja, they forgot to send the havan kund for both these functions & sitting chairs for the puja, my parents had to sit on muddis sent for mehendi function for other guests to sit on, and had given them a sketch of how the floor gaddas would be arranged around the mandap, which they simply forgot, and gave us only gaddas for the pandits to sit that to ARRANGED LIKE THEY WERE DOING THERE JOB FOR THE FIRST TIME. * Photos attached for the same.
3. During all meetings the manager who sat with us for understanding our design concepts & what needs to be done where, was not picking up calls during the wedding functions and was not even present the venue. So everything just happened randomly with his son present at the venue doing what he assumed needs to done.
Overall a terrible experience by hiring them, just not at all at professional, & didn't give a damn that it's someone's wedding and we need to be more professional and do OUR JOB SINCERELY, despite being paid for what we have promised to deliver. Just one line to describe there work ethics: “Pride comes before a fall”
