Plz note, tyre warranty covers only the surface which touches to road not if side it means if tyre cut from side even after next day of purchse then no tyre company will be responsible for damages, it's our fault.
Same experience for me in just 8000 KM and rejected due to this reason of side wall cut.

β β β β β Had a very bad experience ,got a very good rate for my car tyres ,but they forced me to do wheel alignment and balancing ,if i dont do that and spend 2100 rs extra for the compulsory service according to the staff ,then they would not provide warranty for the tyre ,when i requested that i am in a hurry will do the alignment part the next day ,they simply refused to change the tyre ,very rude and arrogant staff ,loot macha rakhi hai.
