★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked a 2BHK here but i am not sure why this project is not kicking off. No construction happening at all. When I contacted customer care they were rude and told me i can take my money back with a 10% deduction. If they are not starting the construction i am not sure why are they putting it on me?

This place is in Noida Extension and with all kind of sports facilities as per they told us and project features are very attractive and good but it will take around 4-5years for complete. Let see model is very impressive but what is reality we do, t know so wait with positive thoughts good luck.... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its more than 2 years and till date I can't see things moving the way it should be . No updates , all sales team change after every 4-5 months. No update until you call them. No sense of responsibility and all wrong commitment. I never expected the same from brand like ajnara and now i am stuck with nothing in hand.
They are playing with people emotions as person buy property as per possession and plan things accordingly . All is our hard earn money but they don't understand.
Property is good but its just a trap to take people money

I don't know when they will start the construction.Ajnara has good reputation but not withstanding with this project. It is a good project without second doubt but bigger than the other Ajnara projects. Hope things will be settled .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience so far as it is delayed too much and no updates on construction . Most of your staffs don't pick up phones and even if someone picks the phone he / she doesn't give the exact information regarding the progress of booked homes .I booked a flat in 2018 and not getting any update on this. Propshop(selling partner) is saying that this project is scrapped while Ajnara is saying that the construction will start soon(giving new dates every month)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked flat in this project (Ajnara Khel Gaon) in 2017 after convincing its fake popularity since then there is no progress only promises.. Since last two years getting call from its channel partners that project is scrapped.... once trying to verify they have no satisfactory answers... Ajnara is making fool of its customers nothing else..;.
Never ever advised to invest in any of its projects....
Infect its slogan must be "Frustrating mind of customers" instead of "peace of mind"
