★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am feeling like the reviews i read were paid reviews because the food was really bad .. i ordered egg curry combo and mutton rogan josh .. both were not fresh .. the curries were little bit bitter in taste like some spices were not in perfect quantity and they were not fresh for sure ..

Taste 4/5 reason being I felt the chilli taste was lingering in the mouth for a while. Perhaps chili should be milder than other spices.
Nice mix of veggies. Crunch was perfect.
But overall a 5/5

Few days ago went to the restaurant called Ajooba situated at Baner
It is not sach a fancy restaurant just 30 covers restaurant where you will get an experience of ultimate food trendy frames on wall.
Ambience is good they have outdoor sitting too.
We have order few dishes from there Menu like
Mushroom pepper fry - it was made of button mushroom and nicely marinated with garlic and crushed black paper and perfect amount of corn flour which makes it tempting .
Chicken Maratha combo - a traditional taste of Maharashtrian chicken along with the yummy butter roti.
Paneer Schezwan fry - a Spicy hot and flavourful paneer from Indo Chinese cuisine, paneer was coated with corn flour batter and prepaid on the wok fried pan then well mixed with Schezwan sauce and served with Diamond cut Chilli garnished
Dal makhani comdo - I must appreciate skills of the chef coz making perfect Dal makhani is not as easy as having it with steam rice . For making a dal makhani chef needs to soak whole black lentil and kidney beans for long hours then preparation starts I will give 5/5 to dal makhani.
Chicken biryani-- Biryani is a most amazing Royal gift to Indians from the mughals
Traditional biryani made by layering marinated chicken then layering with par boiled rice but here in ajooba chef has his own way to surprise his guest . He gives a dum separately to the basmati rice and cooked chicken separately then mix it up with some kind of ajooba and you will get a taste , aroma and flavor of traditional biryani..
I will recommend this restaurant for there Biryanis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started from a cloud kitchen in wakad to a new dine in restaurant in Baner, ajooba Desi khana stands to provide pocket friendly combos and the best biryanis in town.
Their mushroom fry is one of th best I had, not a big fan of mushrooms but this dish was very well made.
The paneer chilli and paneer schezwan fry were delicious, the paneer was fresh and well mixed with the spices.
The chicken maratha combo is a bliss for the spice lovers, the served chicken was fresh and the gravy was full of flavours.
The daal makhni combo was delicious, the Dal makhni had a delicious taste of elaichi and topped with makhan.
The bhindi fry combo, though non vegetarian don't prefer veg over non veg, but this bhindi fry will make you stop eating chicken and eat the Crunchy made bhindi ki sabji instead.
Coming to the chicken Dum Biryani, the biryani was scrumptious, it was properly cooked and all the flavours came out very well.
The place is really good, the overall experience was amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ajooba desi khana , a simple & sorted place for your perfect cravings !! Right with their amazing northindian food & biryani's made me love for the food again here !! The place is dimple & much sorted . Basic seating with indoor & outdoor with chair & tables , good lightings & funny foodie wall hangings .
Coming to the menu what we had ?.
1. Paneer Schezwan Fry -
One of the best starters with , with basic panner made & fried in spices with loads of veggies . The bit spicy flaovur with the taste of spices & soft paneer made it totally awesome .
2. Beetroot Paratha -
Fresh Beetroot grated good & used in making paratha , with the stuffing of actuall Beetroot with the mixture of stuffing in it but still making it not taste sweet was their master here , with good amount of stuffing & this paratha was one of their speciality which i loved personally .
3. Daal Makhni Combo -
With the buttery layer over the proper cooked Daal Makhni with bit sweet end & best consistency it made it totally perfect served with roti . The consistency & flaovurs made it too good & fingerlickin good to the taste .
4. Ajooba Spl Veg Biryani -
The favourite of mine from this place , like heavenly tastes & sorted aroma with balanced spices . Loaded with lots of veggies & good flavours the biryani gave full justice to the taste .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is located in Baner, Pune. They provide both outdoor and Indoor seating arrangements. I had been there for tasting their food and I must say the taste of their food is outstanding and also very affordable.
Bhindi fry combo:
The bhindi fry combo was a bit unusual then the regular veg combos. The bhindi fry was crisp as well as spicy which just was perfect to have with tandoori rotis.
Paneer schezwan fry:
The paneer cubes were very fresh and the spicy schezwan mixture was too yummy. This dish won my heart.
Paner chilli:
The paneer chilli again is surely something to try in this place. The taste of this this dish is still lingering in my mouth.
Dal makhni combo:
Coming to the last one, the dal makhni combo. Well I fell in love with this combo at the first sight by the was the dal makhni was served garnished with fresh cream. The taste was just perfect and heartwarming.
This place is overall a very good one and must visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ajooba-Desi Khana a new restaurant opened before a month or whichs is situated in baner Baner - Mahalunge Rd, opposite Savtamali mandir, Baner Gaon.
The place is a product of a food dream of 4 friends who wanted to start a restaurant from college times. This is actually so cool that they actually made it right? Their vision behind this restaurant was inspired by their college life, as all of us went through the college days when we wanted quick and yummy food for inexpensive rates. Considering that in mind the brand owners came up with a quick serving restaurant.
This is the second branch of the brand which serves some really delicious and unique dishes under 10 mins or so. Yes you heard me Right. “THIS IS INDIA’S FIRST QUICK SERVING RESTAURANT “.
The Ambience of this restaurant is pretty simple here, but hygiene is well maintained. When i enter the place the I had my hopes low, little did I know at the time that I would be so surprised.
Let’s talk about food which stands out here:-
Chicken Maratha combo :-
Chicken Marathi gravy +choice of Indian bread +salad
Chicken Marathi Biryani:-
This is a marathi style spicy biryani.
Nalli Nihari:-
This is a flour based stew slow cooked wirb Mutton
Granola Paratha
Granola has lots of nuts, oat, honey (on the nutritional side ) with crispness of Indian flatbread.
Schezwan Cheese Paratha:-
Delicious Schezwan sauce and cheese stuffed inside the paratha.
Mushroom tikka:-
Well marinated savory mushrooms grilled to crisp.
These are the few dishes I really loved here. This place may look pretty average but carries a real punch of flavors and quality.
The prices are so low that maybe you will think, we are really not going to get much but do try the place as far as I know no place serves this delicious food under that less time!
QUICK SERVING RESTAURANT :-
I even got a chance to meet the chef and I actually commended him as he maintained the time frame and quality produce for all the dishes he made.
