I personally use to go since 1981
That time I was student of B.Ed.collage under Gujarat University.
Market is situated in North of Ramnagar Chowk. It is in congested area where parking of two wheeler is a great problem
Vegetable are fresh but costly.
There's mass of vegetable is not correct.
Anyway People have no choice
Police Station is in walking distance. thanks

Timing is 10 to 8 market is open.

Because of many people visits, there is so much crowd here and no vehicles can be passed from here.
Overall best place to buy vegetables and fruits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the popular and old place of Sabarmati. You will find fruits and vegetables at very reasonable rates from local vendors.
I found this place as good option to even buy non seasonal and rare fruits and vegetables.
Remember, not all vendors do have fresh and good vegetables so buy accordingly.
Don’t forget to bargain too.

U may not take four wheeler inside. Only two wheelers may enter. If there will b good control on cleanliness & development by local authorities, this cud b good place for all citizens nearby to purchase daily vegetables.
