AK Motor - New Delhi

Have bought two cars from AK motors over a space of 4 months and have been really impressed with their service. The cars were in good condition and were priced fairly.

The owner of AK motor is Karan Angad Singh who is a fraud person, he will take money but dont deliver the car.or if deliver the car then the same will be accidental or defective. He is just like a Gunda.

Don't buy car from here. It's been more than 4 month I buy car and still they have not given rc transfer paper and original key. Very poor after sales service. Not recommended.

They are having good quality cars and Most genuine dealer in the market! So far this my second purchase from them U can buy on trust without a doubt? Kudos to Mr. Karan Angad.

If you want to buy a pre owned car then this is the best place to buy, believe me. I have bought my honda amaze from Ak motors and i am very happy with the car. Even the service after sale is excellent!! Hats off to him

totally unprofessional behavior, waiting for my RC since last 6 month, same reason given by Mr Angad as due to COVID, authority is not working, today person is not available and so on. Even RC copy is not given. I am running car on road without having RC and insurance in my name which is a major risk for me. it is advised to everyone who is buying from them to check/take following at time of delivery else later on you will have to lay down on their feet to get your work done 1. RC paper 2. 2nd key(as not given to me and i have to arrange from key maker) 3. All mandatory accessories/eqiupments given by company. Finally he has given me time that by oct, 100% my work will be done. but its still pending. I have told him to give transfer papers to me but still its not done . i know after this review, Mr angad will tell me to remove this comment to get my work done but i will take legal actions if its not done.

If there were stars lesser than this, i would have happily give it them. AK Motors dealer is not a good dealership to buy a second hand car for your hard earned money. My review will be a bit long, just for the sake of future customers. The owner of this dealership will make you feel very comfortable and will talk very politely when you visit this shop to see a car. I was going there to purchase Grand i10, which was posted on cardekho.com. This is my first car so i had no knowledge of buying a second hand car which was like a golden opportunity for these people. The car was advertised with only 49000kms done and odometer displayed 49600 something at that time which was believable. Before the payment i requested them to change its battery and get me something branded like amaron. The person there agreed but after full payment he said the current battery will work fine and you won't get any problem, which again i believed. Somehow i found that car is driven more than what odometer is showing. From hyundai service centre i retrieved its service record and found that it was driven above 65000 kms. After which i contacted ak motors and told them about it. And they said " kms se kya hota hai, car to ache se chal rhi hai na, car chalane mai koi problem to nahi" and they tried to convince me that nothing will happen by giving me weird statements. I asked them to give me back my money according to the percent of kms tampered. But they refused and asked me to settle this with one free service. Plus at the time of purchasing the car i was promised to get the second key of the car in two days, its been more than 1.5 months they didn't provide me the key. They are pretty good at making excuses. Now my car started having battery issues, battery dies within two days and i have to borrow battery from neighbours to get this thing started. Now i have only one option left to get my hard earned money back is to move to the consumer court. People who are planning to buy a car please avoid this dealership. 1- No second key provided. 2- Entertainment system was damaged, i had to spent on new system. 3- Odometer tampering. 4- unprofessional behaviour after the purchase, you are just going to call them after you make the payment. 5- Owner knows the law still not afraid about the consumer court. He said my car will be impounded if i file a case in the consumer court. I don't know its a legal thing when you file a case or he was just threating me. As soon as lockdown ends i am going to file a case in the consumer court. I was ready to settle this thing in person but he left me no other choice. Whomsoever reading this, beware you might be his next victim. So don't buy from this place. You can also check other people reviews. FRAUDSTER ALERT!!!!
