★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of the shop is very rude. She thinks that there is only one shop in area and she can put any policy or condition to the customer.
like my house was just 2 min away (walking distance) and by mistake i bought the wrong flavour when i came to parlour to replace the flavour she refused to replace the pack it was hardly 5 min I purchased the pack and i was really disappointed with such behaviour.
Now I changed my preference to Arun ice cream which is far away but at least they listen to their customers, offer better service and quality than dinshaws.
