★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience....they sold one second hand cycle to me saying that this is in very good condition and very smooth cycle
But actually it is not a good cycle they said you will not find it difficult to drive but I am not able to ride on it properly
They have removed its gare from the cycle but not changed the other parts because of which it makes cycle very heavy
And when I went there for complain they refused to refund money without exchange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, they tried to sold me a used hero sprinter whose breaks were squeaky and noisy. They made the bill in a hurry and asked to handover the money while they would rectify the brake problem but when I tested the product finally the problem persisted and I asked for another piece but they kept lying to me saying that it was noisy bcoz it was new and it had steel body. THEY EVEN SAID I WASTED THEIR PRECIOUS TIME for deciding which one to buy whereas I barely saw 2 bicycles. Frustrated by than I asked them to cancel the bill and give me my refund, they refused at first making all kinds of excuses but I was determined by than and I got my money back. Finally one thing I will remember is that their attitude was really bad and their aim was just to make another sale rather than it being a good customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought hero cycle from them , They cheat us ,they gave defect pc .we continue went there 3 days regularly from the date of purchase for resolving our problem, but we still facing same problem..
Owner mr. Sanjeev ji refuse to exchange and gave bad response.
