Staff have lack of behaviour
Atmosphere of here is normal in service center
And on the ground level its ac cooled
Yamaha please teach your agencyholders to appoint good staff

Making fools to customer by giving false information which they can not fulfil for customer.
Specially Sales Associate Pooja dumb sales executive ever I have seen.
Akar yamaha have only one policy which is only sell bike to customer. After that poor sales and services and customer service.
Pathetic service.

i wanted to change other part and they always try to convince for other parts replacement and repairing. Also no support and proper response from staff members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought Yamaha FZS V3.0 on 02 february 2022 from Akar yamaha motors Jaipur and recieved all documents in hand on 1st March 2022.
When I recieved all bills After a month I noticed there was a huge money difference because of what was promised to me before buying and what was given to me after purchase.
I visited showroom almost 8-10 times with my father, The senior staff misbehaved with my father when my father was talking regarding amount differences, this was the moment I decided I'll not let my father come here again anymore.
Apart from this they made many mistake in my insurance policy ( Chassis no. Wrong, IDV value wrong, Address Wrong, Nominee age wrong) I also contacted the insurance agent but now he even don't pick my call or call back and in RC there is also Address mistake, I visited many time more talked to the staff but today it is 17th of April from 02 February but no single help is given regarding any of my issue from the Dealership.
I'm a student and I saved my pocket money from last 6 years to purchase a bike, and on 02 feb 2022 I bought a new bike but I'm not satisfied with the purchase of my bike because firstly they charged me higher amount without giving me exact details specifically and later many mistakes were done in insurance policy and RC as well, and after at last no help is given and I'm helpless now.
So Guys as from my overall experience, I highly don't recommend you to make any future purchase until they don't provide you detailed exact and specific price information and good services to their customer after purchase.
If you'll check out more comments, you'll find many other customers are also facing similar kind of issues and no any help is provided. So think twice and thrice before you pay your hard earned money.
